General Terms & Conditions Coupons

1. Each coupon is valid for 2 years from the date of manufacture. For any disputes,GS Caltex’s decision based shall be final and binding.
2. Each coupon is valid for a single-time redemption. Coupons are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other products or services, unless specified.
3. GS Caltex reserves the right to audit any redemption. Any coupon that is tampered with, photocopied, damaged, or torn beyond recognition will be considered null and void. Appropriate legal action will be taken in the event of any tampering or manipulation of coupons.
4. GS Caltex reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or alter the reward values at any time without prior notice.
5. GS Caltex is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced coupons. The company’s maximum liability is strictly limited to the face value of the specific coupon.
6. All disputes arising from this program are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.

Standard Terms & Conditions SATRANGI Coupons

In addition to the General Terms & Conditions above, the following rules apply to the Satrangi Offer:

1. Every Satrangi Coupon features a unique letter code located on the right-hand side of the back of the coupon.
2. Upon collecting and completing the sequence to form the word “SATRANG”, the mechanic is eligible for an additional bonus of ₹150 over and above the individual coupon values. Upon completing the full word “SATRANGI”, the mechanic becomes eligible for a 1 Gram Gold Coin (22 Karat).
3. All gold rewards are strictly limited to 22 Karat gold. No reimbursement would be made on 24 Karat Gold Coins
