General Terms & Conditions – Coupon Program

1. Each coupon is valid for 24 months from the date of manufacture.
2. Coupons are valid for one-time redemption only, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for alternate products/cash unless specified.
3. GS Caltex reserves the right to audit all redemptions. Tampered, photocopied, damaged, or mutilated coupons will be treated as null & void and may attract legal action.
4. The company is not liable for lost, stolen or misplaced coupons. Maximum liability is limited to the face value of the coupon.
5. In case of any dispute, the decision of GS Caltex shall be final and binding.
6. Every Satrangi coupon carries a unique letter code printed on the reverse (right-hand side).
7. Submission of 7 “SATRANGI” coupons to an authorized retailer qualifies for 1 unit Kixx Ultra 4T Gold 900ML (FOC).
8. If the 7-coupon bundle is not redeemed for the FOC product, individual coupons may be encashed at the declared face value.
9. Completion of the word “SATRANG” qualifies for an additional ₹150 bonus over coupon value. Completion of “SATRANGI” qualifies for 1 Gram Gold Coin.
10. Coupons encashed individually will not be eligible for SATRANG/SATRANGI combined offer or 7-pack FOC entitlement. Only original coupons are valid.
11. All gold rewards are restricted to 22 Karat purity.
